Second Side Railing for Oak30 Space Saving Stair

If your installation of the Oak30 is set in a curve or away from a wall, you should consider adding a set of handrails on the open side of the staircase. (Railings for one side are included in the standard Oak30 kit.)

Oak30 Spacesaver Stair Kit Matching Stairwell Balustrade

Matching stairwell balustrade is available as the perfect finishing touch for your Oak30 space saving staircase kit. The stairwell balustrade set comprises 10 spindles, handrail in white soft-grip PVC, support bracket, wall fixing bracket and all fixings. This set is suitable for a balustrade length of 1200mm. If you need a shorter length than this, then use less spindles and cut down the handrail. If you need a longer span of balustrading, use two or more kits and they can be joined together. We recommend that you purchase an additional support bracket if you are joining more than 2 kits together. Please note that the gap between the spindles should be less than 100mm to satisfy the UK Building Regulations. The height of the balustrading is 1000mm.

Riserbar Kit for Oak30 Space Saving Staircase

Riserbars fit between the treads to create a gap of less than 100mm between the treads for UK Building Regulations. If you are including any additional treads, you will need to purchase an additional riserbar for each extra tread. The riserbars are supplied in one size to be cut down for the smaller diameter spiral staircases as required.
